St. Patrick's Day Recipes!

It’s that time again prepsters! Another holiday, another recipe post by Katie. And since St. Patrick’s Day is my MOST FAVORITE holiday of all time/ my birthday , this post will be extra special! So let me preface this by saying that I am NOT a fan of dying most normal food green (especially eggs because that is plain nasty) so these are a little more inventive .

Lucky Irish Kisses- These are so cute and perfect to tie with a green ribbon in a cellophane bag and give to friends! They’re super easy to make. All you have to do is get square pretzels, preheat your oven to 200, place four white chocolate chips or one Hershey’s kiss on your pretzel, and then after about five minutes, add your chocolate chip!

Green Velvet Cupcakes- These are so cute for St. Patty’s Day. The recipe is a little lengthy so I will just post the link to the website for y’all to browse at your leisure!

Creme de Menthe Brownies- these are so cute for St. Patrick’s Day and they look so so yummy. I love mint flavoring but I’m sure almond or vanilla would also be yummy.

Leprechaun Hat Cookies- these could definitely be a cute project with the roomies for St. Patrick’s Day! The idea is pretty simple: bake sugar cookies, put a marshmallow on top, cover with green frosting, put some type of either chocolate icing piped on or a black licorice string and then finish with a yellow skittle or m&m.
